where do i even begin? the stone cold breakfast was absolutely unacceptable, and the inexcusable barking dog in room 303 ruined any chance of relaxation. as a valued guest, I expected an upgrade or at least a complimentary gesture, but alas, I only received disappointment. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't justify it.
